Through a blend of somatic movement, breathwork, acupressure, and self-inquiry, you’ll begin to shift out of stress mode and into a state of presence, softness, and safety.

Why Breathwork?

Breath is our most direct tool for regulating the nervous system and shifting out of stress responses. By learning how to breathe with awareness, we can rewire patterns of anxiety, release stored trauma, and create a felt sense of safety within the body. The two breathwork lessons in this course will guide you through specific techniques designed to calm the mind, release emotional tension, and cultivate a deep state of relaxation.
